THE WEDDING CAKE We aim at interpreting the wishes of the bride and groom to create a unique cake that reflects individual style and taste. When choosing your wedding cake, take all aspects of the ceremony into account: setting, season, menu, decorations, dress… The cake should be fashioned to mirror the sentiment, colour and tone of your wedding. Taken together, these aspects can be catered for by a wide variety of cakes. If you plan a classic wedding, the cake should be appropriately ceremonious. Instead, a more informal reception calls for a less elaborate cake. Cova makes a variety of cake sizes and taste-colour combinations ranging form basic one-tier to elaborate six-tier versions. The choice of decoration isequally wide: crystallized flowers, ribbons of almond pastry, sugar roses, chocolate figures or simple fresh flowers that "dress" the cake. The filling can be made to preference: our confectioners will advise you on how to meet your requirements. |
